Registration

There are two types of participation at MVIP 2022, including authors and visitors. The registration deadline is 22^nd November 2021, and the registration fee based on the domestic and international is as follow:

Note 1: Students and ISMVIP/IEEE/IAPR members are kindly requested to provide related membership card.

Note 2: Payment of the final registration fee for accepted papers should only be made by depositing the above amounts to the account number of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz listed below.

Note 3: All domestic participants have to pay 50 thousand Toman for a review process that is not refundable. This amount will be decreased from the registration fee in case of final acceptance.

Note 4: Registration fee covers:

• Attending all technical sessions and keynote talks
• Conference materials
• Lunch on conference day
• Conference bag (for registered authors)
• Conference proceedings (for registered authors)
• Breaks cafe

 

Guide for Payment Process (Domestic authors):

Since the easiest way to transfer registration fee in Iran is by means of online payment gateway of Shetab Banking System (SBS), MVIP organizing committee decided to receive the fees by SBS. Therefore, you need to have a banking card (member of Shetab) for payment. The process is as follow:

1. Sign up in MVIP
2. Sign in and go to the “submit your paper” page
3. Enter your paper information and finalize it by clicking on “Send” button
4. You will receive confirmation of your paper submission
5. Click on the button of “Review fee payment”
6. You will redirect to the secure payment gateway
7. Fill the form and pay 50 Thousand Toman
8. You will then redirect back to MVIP 2022 page and receive your payment receipt.
